Welcome to a new year.
We welcome two new teachers from the Juniors and two new classroom assistants. I am sure that it will be a very productive and successful year for all our children in one/two.
In the next few days we will be doing lots of activities relating to starting a new class such as thinking about themselves and others. We will be also thinking about when we are babies which will link to our topic work. The children may bring in photographs of themselves as babies.
We will be doing lots of circle time and getting to know you activities. The children will be thinking about class rules and the code of conduct of behaviour that operates throughout the whole school.
Induction meeting 1 / 2
There will be an induction meeting at 3.15pm on Wednesday 9th of September. Lots of information will be available and rules and routines explained. This will be an ideal opportunity to meet the new staff too. We are looking forward to meeting you.
